Reset your SJSUOne Password

If you forget your SJSUOne password you will not be able to access any of SJSUs services including Gmail, Google Drive, DocuSign, Zoom, etc. Follow the instructions below to reset your password. 

 

 

 Navigate to the SJSUOne Set/Reset Password webpage 

 Enter you SJSU ID 

 Accept  the CSU Responsible Use Policy 

 Click Continue 

 Under Option 1 , Enter your birth date and the last 4 digits of your SSN 

 Click Continue 

 Type your new password 

 Type your new password again to confirm 

 Click Continue
