Create a Scan to Email Account on the Kyocera Copiers

 

  1. Enter the appropriate Copy Code located on the wall behind the copier.
  2. Press the HOME button on the keypad.
  3. Press "Send" on the touchscreen.
  4. Press the "E-mail Addr Entry" button on the right side of the screen.
  5. Next, press the "E-mail Address" button to the left of the text box.
  6. Use the on-screen keyboard to enter your @mlml.calstate.edu email address, then press "OK".
  7. Press the "Add to Addr Book" button in the lower left corner of the screen.
  8. Press "Add".
  9. Press the "Name" tab at the top and press the "Change" button on the same line. Enter your name, then press "OK".
  10. Click "Save".
  11. A message box will come up asking if you want to add a new One Touch key address. One Touch is the shortcut list of names you see on the home screen. Press "Yes" if you will scan to email frequently.

You are now entered into the address book.
