How to reset your MLML user account or MLML Gmail password

 

 

To request that your MLML User Account password or your Gmail account password be reset, please submit an iTicket. If you are unable to access the HelpDesk, send an email to itech@mlml.calstate.edu from your MLML email account or a personal email account.

Keep in mind that your Gmail password is not necessarily the same as your MLML password.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Full Name
  • MLML Username
  • MLML email address
  • Personal email address (for MLML Gmail password reset
