Save a Document or Image as a PDF

Follow the instructions below to create a PDF from any document or image file:Windows

  1. Open the documentimage oryou want to convert to a PDF
  2. Right click on the image and select "Convert to Adobe PDF"
  3. Save the new PDF to the location of your choice

Mac

  1. Open the image you want to saveconvert to a PDF
  2. Click File > Export as PDF
  3. Save the PDF to the location of your choice

Word/Excel/PowerPoint Documents

Windows and Mac

  1. Open the word document you want to convert to a PDF.PDF
  2. Click File > Save As
  3. Select Print from the Filelocation menu.
    4. where
  4. Selectyou "Adobe PDF", "Print as PDF", or "Save as PDF" as the printer and click OK.
  5. Select a destinationwant to save the PDF
  6. Select "PDF" as the file whentype prompted.from the drop down
  7. Save the document
