Access the MLML Network using VPN

IMPORTANT: Before you will be able to login to the VPN server, you will need to request a VPN account. Please submit a Help Desk ticket to request a VPN account.

You'll need a VPN client to access the internal MLML network when you're outside of the office. If you have a VPN account ready, follow the instructions below to get started:

First-time login:

  1. Navigate to https://access.mlml.calstate.edu
  2. Login with your VPN username and temporary password. Change your password when prompted.
  3. Close the page. Close any prompts to install Network Connect. You won't need it.
  4. Continue on to either the Windows or Mac OS X setup instructions below.

Change your password:

Forgot your password? Please submit a Help Desk ticket to request a password reset.

  1. Go to https://access.mlml.calstate.edu and login with your old password.
  2. Click Preferences in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the General tab to reveal the password change form and complete it.
